Ginkgo Residential is pleased to announce the acquisition of Four Seasons Town Homes, a 90-home townhome community in Greensboro, North Carolina. This addition strengthens our Triad footprint and advances our commitment to creating quality homes where residents can Live. Grow. Thrive.

Located less than five minutes from Pepperstone Apartments, Four Seasons Town Homes will benefit from shared operational efficiencies. The long-term plan is to operate the community from the Pepperstone clubhouse, enhancing onsite support and resident experience.

During due diligence, we confirmed that nearly all home interiors have been renovated to a consistent standard and the community is in good overall condition. Building on that foundation, Ginkgo plans to invest approximately $1,420,000 over the coming years to preserve and elevate the asset.

What’s Planned

  • Curb appeal improvements
  • Amenity enhancements based on resident feedback
  • Addition of in-home washer and dryer equipment
  • Ongoing quality and sustainability upgrades through GinkgoGREEN initiatives where feasible

Ginkgo also welcomes a new capital partner on this investment. We look forward to building trust, aligning on goals, and creating a long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationship.

A sincere thank you to our Acquisitions, Property Management, and Asset Management teams for their collaboration on this transaction, with a special shoutout to Mike Cook and Latoya Patterson for their leadership throughout onboarding.
