    In 2018, Ginkgo Residential reduced our carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions by 1,042 metric tons. That is the equivalent of 221 passenger vehicles driven for one year, 117,216 gallons of gasoline, or 125 homes’ energy use for one year. Ginkgo had a total annual resident electricity savings of over $962K across our portfolio.
