Thank you Apartment Association of North Carolina for spotlighting our training and mentoring program! As we call it, TRAIN which stands for “Teams Reaching Achievement In Numbers”, provides top-notch, peer-to-peer training and mentoring to newly hired associates. Additionally, it gives current associates the ability to lead by example and creates lift to their role by providing leadership opportunities. Since the program’s inception in 2016, we have identified 25 mentors in various roles and have provided direct mentoring to over 90 associates. This program has been largely successful thanks to our mentors and to Darline, Richard, and Josie for the program vision and management.
